ABOUT TURMA

AI is moving fast. We help organisations move forward with confidence.

Governance should enable progress, not stand in its way.

We believe good AI governance isn’t about creating more paperwork, restricting innovation or telling people not to use AI.

It’s about making responsible adoption possible.

01

That means understanding what’s happening inside an organisation before trying to control it.

02

It means making governance practical enough to work in the real world.

03

It means keeping people involved rather than treating them as the problem.

04

And it means recognising that as AI changes, governance needs to evolve with it.

Meet the people behind TURMA.

TURMA brings together experience across AI, technology, governance, compliance, business growth and brand, united by a shared goal: making responsible AI adoption practical for real organisations.

We aren’t here to replace your technology team or implement AI systems on your behalf. Our role is to help create the foundations around AI adoption: greater visibility, clearer governance, informed people and the confidence to move forward responsibly.
