About the role

This isn't a traditional compliance position.

You'll sit at the intersection of technology, regulation and customer success; helping shape how responsible AI works in practice.

You'll work closely with our founders, product and engineering teams to ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of organisations navigating AI governance.

No two days will look the same.

You'll help us...

• Shape our compliance and governance strategy. 

• Translate emerging AI regulation into practical guidance. 

• Support customers in adopting AI responsibly. 

• Influence how our products evolve. 

• Build trust in everything TURMA delivers. 

• Help establish best practice in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology.

You may have experience in:

Or perhaps somewhere adjacent that has prepared you for this next step.
